In-stock sheds typically deliver within 7–10 business days after your reservation is finalized. Custom builds take 4–8 weeks from order to delivery.

How Delivery Works
- Build — your shed is hand-framed by Amish carpenters in our partner shops in Pennsylvania, using premium materials and traditional construction techniques.
- Transport — completed sheds are moved to our lot at 1518 Fairfax Pike in White Post, Virginia, where they're inspected and prepped for delivery.
- Deliver — when your delivery date arrives, our team trucks your shed directly to your property using a specialized shed-mover trailer.
- Set up — we handle placement, leveling, and any final adjustments on-site. You don't lift a finger.
- Done — your shed is ready to use that same day.

What You Need Before Delivery
To make delivery day go smoothly, please have:
- A clear pathfrom the road to your shed location — at least 12 feet wide, 13 feet of overhead clearance, no overhanging branches or wires.
- A relatively level spot for placement. We can level minor unevenness on-site, but if your spot has significant slope or soft ground, you may need a shed pad prepared in advance.
- Someone home to confirm exact placement and sign off on completion. (Or you can give us placement instructions ahead of time.)

Frequently Asked Delivery Questions
Can you deliver to a hard-to-reach lot?
Probably yes. We've delivered to mountain properties, narrow city lots, and through tight gates. If your lot is unusual, send us photos in advance and we'll confirm before scheduling.
Do I need a permit?
Permit requirements vary by Virginia and West Virginia counties. Most counties allow sheds under 256 square feet without a permit, but we recommend checking with your local zoning office before ordering. We're happy to provide any documentation you need.
What if I'm beyond your delivery area?
We've delivered as far as 100+ miles for the right project. Call us and we'll give you a delivery quote.
